Rewards & Recognition

At Intrado, we know that our employees are our most valuable asset. We appreciate our employees and the hard work and dedication they give to our organization.

In appreciation of our employees, Intrado has a rewards and recognition program and encourages both formal and informal recognition of employees on an ongoing basis.

Some examples of this include the following programs:

Employee of the Month

Past winners have received prizes such as trips to exotic destinations, a new redwood deck, a shopping trip to Paris, and parts for the restoration of a vintage automobile.

Employee of the Year

Past awards have included a trip to Monaco along with a seven day cruise, a family reunion in Disney Land, a John Deere tractor, and an intensive golf school at a Caribbean island getaway for an avid golfer.

FACs

We have had an employee talent show FAC where Intrado employees have exhibited hidden talents for prizes, a pancake breakfast FAC where the executive team flipped flapjacks for the employees, and a Trivia Bowl FAC where teams competed for fun and prizes.

In the summer months, Intrado’s Colorado location has hosted monthly concerts on the lawn in the outdoor amphitheatre. These concerts feature live country, rock, jazz, and classical music. Employees are invited to kick back on a blanket with their lunch and enjoy the music.

Company Sponsored Events

Intrado sponsors other events in addition to FACs. There have been some adventurous company outings as well as several motivational speakers. Employees have gone on ski trips, attended baseball games, and have hiked to some of the dramatic Colorado wildfire sites.

The company has also sponsored movie events such as the highly anticipated Harry Potter movie releases. Intrado employees enjoyed private showings of the three movies on their opening weekends. Snacks included!
